Governance

WSSADA operates to high standards of corporate governance each and every day. We do this by operating with an independent Board of Directors. The Service Manager reports to but is not a member of the WSSADA’s Board. Board members are not remunerated for their time and work nor are they reimbursed for any expenses for travelling etc.

This year KSI Faulkner Orr Limited undertook an annual audit and our 2021 audited accounts were prepared in accordance with SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice, Accounting and Reporting). Confidence in WSSADA's ability is valuable and has allowed the service to listen, believe and support women and their children since 2000.
